Live Resend/Twilio wiring for Automations
The Automations tab's sequences, steps, delays and active/paused toggles are fully real and persisted. What's not live yet is the actual dispatch — connecting a Resend account for email sends and a Twilio account for SMS sends so each step really fires on schedule instead of being a simulated timeline.
Full before/after project photo timeline
The current Projects page shows a single before/after pair — Phase 2 extends that to a full dated photo timeline per job (prep, coating stages, cure, final walk-through), with an optional customer-visible link so homeowners can follow along without logging in.
Native Android and iOS apps
A crew-facing app for job lists, time clock and photo upload from the field, plus a lightweight customer-facing app for quote status and two-way messaging — both are natural companions to the web console's Crew + Clock-In tools, not yet built as native apps.
Commercial multi-location accounts
Support for a single commercial customer with multiple properties/locations, bid invitations sent to multiple contractors at once, and progress billing (deposit → milestone → final) instead of a single lump-sum invoice.
